Coaching is educational and goal-oriented. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or legal/financial advice. Do not use coaching for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911 or 988 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Yushima Cherry Burks/Chatterbox Therapists/Year of Yushima LLC/Chat*Her*Box and affiliates.
Come prepared, on time, and in a private, distraction-reduced environment. Technology requirements (device, internet) are your responsibility. You agree not to record sessions without written permission and not to share proprietary materials.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 1a: Age limit
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By booking or subscribing you confirm information you provide is accurate and you will keep it current.
Article 2: Placing Order
Coaching is delivered virtually via privacy-forward platforms such as Doxy.me or an equivalent. After purchase, you will receive a private booking link to schedule. Recurring “standing” times are accommodated when available. We may reschedule for cause (illness, emergencies, outages) with as much notice as practicable.
Article 3: FEES, BILLING, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (STRIPE)
a) Stripe handles all payment processing. You authorize us and Stripe to automatically charge your card according to your selected plan.
b) Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage payment methods or cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal link provided after checkout.
c) Price Changes: We may update pricing with notice for the next billing cycle. If you keep your subscription active after notice, the new price applies to future renewals.
d) Failed Payments and Chargebacks: If a charge fails, you agree to promptly update your payment method.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
Article 4: Your information
Coaching conversations are treated as private and handled with care. We do not sell your session content. However, absolute confidentiality over the internet cannot be guaranteed. Sessions occur on third-party platforms (for example, Doxy.me, email, calendar, video, payment processors).
You acknowledge and consent to the use of such platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for breaches, outages, hacks, or data incidents originating with third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatHerBox from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these services will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Individual results vary. Testimonials reflect personal experiences and are not promises of outcomes.
All content we provide (worksheets, frameworks, videos, PDFs, programs) is owned by ChatHerBox and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Article 6: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).
The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflicts rules. Before any formal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alabama unless the parties agree to confidential binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
